Welcome to the Zone Training Discussion Forum. We've created this area to discuss questions and topics related to zone-based training.
PRsue creates comprehensive training campaigns to peak your performance at an event or time. Even if you're not racing, it's useful physiologically to have a date you're aiming towards.
These campaigns are divided into four week periods, with multiple workouts planned for each week. PRsue organizes your workouts into 5 training zones, with each corresponding to a specific physiological process. We've applied the best science on how to split our time between these zones, so you get the most benefit out of every workout.
